INTRODUCTION TO REINSURANCE | TWO DAY COURSE
This two day course provides an understanding of the purpose, structure and practices of reinsurance and its importance to organisations operating in the risk transfer marketplace. This course is for new recruits to the reinsurance market and those looking to improve their fundamental knowledge of reinsurance properties.

Trainer Peter Cave BA (Hons) FCII is a highly experienced tutor, who has been running successful courses for The Insurance Institute for many years. His objective when running any course is to encourage attendees to make full use of his experience, to make the complex easily understandable and the whole experience fun.
Having started his career in reinsurance as he puts it ‘a long time ago’, Peter spent a substantial part of his career as a reinsurance broker, including holding the position of director.
Delivery Training is delivered to small classes. The maximum class size for our courses is 18.
