Insurance Ireland’s Annual President’s Conference 2015

The Insurance Ireland 2015 President’s Conference Customer 360 will address the broader challenges facing the customer both from an Irish and European perspective, and will look at how the Irish insurance industry is served to meet these challenges.

The conference will also address the topic of the transforming landscape of regulatory compliance and consumer protection. Addressing consumer risk and ensuring consumer protection is critical and ultimately has implications for the entire industry. A panel of key speakers will debate the changing landscape in relation to conduct risk and will begin the dialogue to find proposals in this area that will help Insurance Ireland members and their customers navigate this key issue. Matt Cooper (Today FM broadcaster) will facilitate the discussions.
