We are delighted to welcome Olav Jones, Deputy director general/Director, economics & finance, Insurance Europe, as our speaker to hear first hand about the role of Insurance Europe with a highlight on IE’s lobbying efforts on behalf of the industry and IE’s interactions with both other country stakeholders and the European Commission. He will also discuss the changing regulatory landscape as well as expected future developments. He will specifically address the Solvency II review that is underway and will provide his unique insight on its likely direction.
Florian Wimber, Head of European Affairs and International Insurance, Insurance Ireland, will join the panel discussion following Olav’s presentation.
