II/KPMG IFRS Forum for CFO’s Q3 #2

On Tuesday, 18th September, Insurance Ireland & our Strategic Alliance Partners KPMG will host our second Insurance Ireland KPMG IFRS 17 Forum for CFOs.


The second forum will focus on the presentation and disclosure aspects of the new standard.

Venue: KPMG, 1 Harbourmaster Place, IFSC, Dublin 1 D01E7E8, Ireland.

Time: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM.


In particular, we will address:

 

  • key presentation and disclosure requirements of IFRS 17 and 9, including key differences between these requirements and current practice;
  • the biggest impacts your peers are facing in addressing these new presentation and disclosure requirements, including practical challenges in producing and explaining the financial results;
  • near-term steps to help you make progress on your implementation journey.

 

The KPMG presentation will be led by Niall Naughton, IFRS 17 lead for KPMG, supported by Brian Morrissey, KPMG Head of Insurance.
