Overview
The ever-increasing demand and competition for key Talent has been raised as a key priority across Government, Insurance Ireland Councils, Working Groups and Committees. There is ample evidence to support the need for an overarching Insurance Industry Talent Roadmap to promote the Insurance Industry as an attractive, purpose driven and innovative industry.
We are delighted to invite you to the launch of the Insurance Ireland Talent Roadmap event. This Three-Year Roadmap will attempt to identify the key initiatives that will be required, across the industry, to help develop a comprehensive and coherent approach to the identification, Development, retainment, and promotion of talent within the Insurance Industry.
