Derek Trower, RSA Insurance & Chairman of the Insurance Ireland Anti-Fraud Forum
Derek is the Head of Specialist and Complex Claims for RSA Insurance Ireland a position he has held since June 2015. His responsibilities include management of high value casualty and property claims, special investigation as well as other specialist claim types. He is also a member of the RSA Business Management Team. Derek joined the Anti-Fraud Forum in 2015 and took over as Chairman in July 2016. |

Peter Wilmshurst, consultant cardiologist, NHS.
In the mid 1980s, when Peter was a junior doctor, he reported misconduct by a pharmaceutical company that attempted to falsify research in the UK and was marketing an ineffective and unsafe drug in developing countries. As a result of his actions the drug was withdrawn worldwide. Since then he has investigated and reported other cases of misconduct in research and clinical practice in the UK and other countries. His actions have resulted in retraction of fraudulent research and dismissal of those guilty and removal of some doctors from the UK Medical Register. Peter has defended three legal cases resulting from him raising concerns about a medical device before the company went into liquidation. |

Colm Featherstone, Fraud Investigations Manager, AXA Insurance, LLB (Hons), APA.
Colm is the Fraud Investigation Manager at the Special Investigation Unit in AXA Insurance. He has held that role since November 2012, and also sits on the Insurance Ireland, Anti- Fraud Forum. Colm joined AXA following retirement from An Garda Siochana where he had held the position of Detective Superintendent at the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation. |

Neil Relihan, Manager Cyber Security Consulting, PwC
Neil is a Manager in PwC’s Cyber Security Consulting team. Over 9 years’ experience in Information Security across Architecture, Consultancy and Engineering fields. Neil has worked in a wide range of industries and sectors including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Energy, and Government. Prior to joining PwC, Neil worked as a Security Architecture Manager for a global Financial Services organisation. Assisted the business globally in using a risk based approach to secure IT systems from current and emerging threats during development and maintenance cycles. Determined security requirements for global IT projects. Assisted in the development and refresh of global strategy for information security. Prepared global IT security standards and reference architecture. Assisted in the development of policies and procedures. |
