Insurance Ireland – Matheson: The CICA 3 months in, what have we learned & what lies ahead for Insurers in 2021 – a legal and regulatory perspective

Matheson will host a webinar for Insurance Ireland members on 16 December 2020.
The webinar will be divided into two parts. The first part will explore some of the lessons learnt in the past three months since the partial commencement of the Consumer Insurance Contracts Act 2019. The second part will then take the form of a panel discussion during which Matheson partners will discuss some of the key areas of focus for the insurance industry as we move into 2021.
The event will be delivered by Matheson partners Darren Maher, Liam Flynn, April McClements and Grainne Callanan.
