Gillian Kelly, Partner, KPMG

Gillian Kelly is a Partner, Co-Head of Consulting, and Head of Conduct Risk Services for KPMG Ireland.

Shane Garahy, Director in Risk Consulting, KPMG

Shane is a Director in Risk Consulting with a broad range of experience across the broader consulting offering including risk, assurance and regulatory. Shane has specialised in Product Services providing assurance, compliance by design and product rationalisation across the financial services sector with a particular focus on Consumer Protection regulation and how that impacts our clients and their offerings. Shane will give an update on product oversight and governance and how it applies to the insurance industry.

Sean Redmond, Director in Risk & Regulatory Consulting, KPMG 

Sean is a Director in Risk & Regulatory Consulting with 11 years’ experience providing risk, regulatory, assurance and advisory services to a range of clients in the financial services sector. He specialises in assisting clients to effectively manage and recover from risks, operational, regulatory and conduct related. Sean will give an update on price promises and differential pricing which have become subject to increased global attention in recent years, including a deep dive on EIOPA’s Consultation Paper on differential pricing practices.

Leticia Cashin, Director of Insurance Regulatory, KPMG

Leticia Cashin, Director, joined KPMG’s Insurance Regulatory practice from the CBI in 2017. Leticia has over 15 years of experience in the insurance sector covering insurance supervision and policy, consulting, audit and compliance. John and Leticia will give an overview of recent regulatory developments in Ireland and at EU level impacting (re)insurers, and Consultation Papers and other forthcoming regulatory requirements

John O’Donnell, Managing Director of Insurance Regulatory, KPMG.

John O’Donnell, Managing Director, leads KPMG’s Insurance Regulatory practice. John has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance sector covering prudential

supervision, conduct of business, financial control and compliance matters.
