We are delighted to be hosting our second INED Forum of 2022 which will focus on the regulatory horizon and two industry hot topics. The forum will seek to provide a view of what is recently in place and what is coming in terms of regulatory expectations and changes from the Central Bank of Ireland. Our first guest speaker is Carina Myles, Partner, Governance, Risk & Compliance, EisnerAmper Ireland. Carina will share her expertise by providing an overview of the current and coming regulations and where Boards and INEDs are likely to have to deal with them.
Our second guest speaker is David Montgomery, formerly of the Central Bank. David will discuss the challenges being faced at Boardroom discussions around consumer protection and operational resilience. Moderator Frank Keane, EisnerAmper Ireland will invite questions on the days topics to be put to a panel (made up of the speakers and Brendan McCarthy), INED for Q&A.
