This forum will discuss product oversight & governance arrangements, a topic that is gaining in interest domestically and internationally following the implementation of the Insurance Distribution Directive and its crossovers with the MiFID sector and PRIIPs requirements.
The forum will also cover the new AML guidance published by the Central Bank in September focussing on the topic from the INED perspective. As usual at these events, we can discuss update on priorities and activities of the INED Council of Insurance Ireland which has been supported and informed by input from the participants and topics covered in previous EisnerAmper INED forum events.
