As part of the INED Council’s ongoing work to support the industry’s INED community, we have partnered with EisnerAmper Ireland to support us in delivery of Insurance Ireland’s INED Forum, a series of 4 bespoke forums to be held in 2021.
This INED Forum will focus on ‘Using Internal Audit as Partners in Governance’. It will seek to explore how internal audit can be used by INED’s as a partner in governance. Our first guest speaker is Ronan Murphy, Partner and Head of Internal Audit at EisnerAmper Ireland. Ronan will share his expertise by providing an overview of internal audit and what it looks like in implementation as well as covering where it stands in an organization and within its relationship with various stakeholders. Our second guest speaker is Conor Molloy, Board Chair and Insurance INED. Conor will take part in a conversation piece with Moderator Frank Keane and explore the topic “Using Internal Audit as Partners in Governance” from the perspective of an INED.
