II-Matheson CICA update and what lies ahead for Insurers in 2021

Matheson will host a webinar for Insurance Ireland members on 16 February 2021. The webinar will be divided into two parts. The first part will explore some of the lessons learnt since the partial commencement of the Consumer Insurance Contracts Act 2019 in September 2020. While the second part will take the form of a panel discussion during which Matheson partners will discuss some of the key areas of legal and regulatory focus for the insurance industry in the year ahead.
The event will include opening remarks from Declan Jackson, Director of Government Affairs, Insurance Ireland and the event will be delivered by Matheson partners Darren Maher, April McClements and Gráinne Callanan.
