Overview: Insurance Ireland and KPMG take a deep look at the conduct risk developments within the insurance industry and the impact of this on firms. We will deep dive in to three key conduct risk topics:
- Individual Accountability: We will discuss the regime, how you should prepare for it, what are the common pitfalls and how you can use technology to help you implement the regime and for continuous compliance in BAU
- Product Oversight and Governance: We will discuss the latest local and European developments, the regulators expectations, and how you can address these expectations through tools and techniques to oversee your products across the entire consumer lifecycle with a particular focus on regulatory compliance, transparency and fair treatment of consumers.
- Business interruption insurance: We will talk about the CBIs supervisory framework, the parallels to the Tracker Mortgage Examination framework and how you should respond to this framework
