Insurance Ireland’s third Annual President’s Conference – Customer 360°, will be held at The Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, Dublin 4 Wednesday, 23rd November from 7.45am to 11.30am.
As the voice of insurance actively promoting the highest standards, Insurance Ireland continues to put a strong focus on the key issues facing the insurance customer. This conference will address the broader challenges facing the customer both from an Irish and European perspective, and will look at how the Irish insurance industry is positioned to meet these challenges.
The conference will also address the topic of whether insurers are shaping or responding to consumer trends, how to regulate in a changed environment and how this affects consumers and the insurance industry. We will have keynote speakers along with panel discussions on these key topics. Matt Cooper (Today FM broadcaster) will facilitate the discussions.
