In light of Deloitte’s work with insurance businesses in Ireland on culture, and against the backdrop of their Global Talent survey and Deloitte Ireland’s Future of Talent in Insurance work in the sector, Insurance Ireland and Deloitte have agreed a renewed and refocused three year strategic partnership to lead, encourage and facilitate discussion about the talent agenda within the sector. We will activate this partnership collaboratively with members, by leading the debate on relevant topics, as well as providing a forum for engagement and bringing insight and guidance to members, including through continued participation at EIF 2019.
The lunch will offer the opportunity for key decision makers from across the industry to get together and discuss the matter, resulting in practical and actionable insights for all to utilise.
We will also share a copy of the Insurance Ireland – Deloitte Culture Guide which has been developed specifically for our industry.
