In collaboration with Dillon Eustace, we are hosting this breakfast briefing on Regulatory Enforcement.

FORMAT: a 1 hour breakfast briefing with Q&A.

SCHEDULE: Registration and light breakfast refreshments: 07:30 to 08:00.

CONTENT: Regulatory Enforcement, covering the following:

1. An overview of some of the supervisory and enforcement powers available to the Central Bank under the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 e.g. compulsory information gathering powers, directions and redress. 
2. The Central Bank inspections (briefly) – the different types of inspections (e.g. Full Risk Assessment versus themed review), how to prepare for the inspections and what to expect. 
3. An overview of the Central Bank’s Administrative Sanctions Procedure – who is subject to it, what happens in practice, how does it end.
4. The current areas of focus for the Central Bank. 
5. Appeals to the Irish Financial Services Appeals Tribunal (what is the process etc). 
6. Directors and Officers Liability Insurance.
