Insurance Ireland supports the decision of the Minister for Finance to give the Financial Services Ombudsman the power to name financial service providers against whom customer complaints have been upheld.  Insurance Ireland fully supports the important work of the Financial Services Ombudsman and is committed to working constructively with his office to deliver reports that are transparent and better inform customers.
