Welcome Note: Moyagh Murdock, CEO, Insurance Ireland 

Report Findings & Key Themes: Orla Stafford, Director in Human Capital at Deloitte, and Miché Newton, Senior Consultant, Deloitte, will present key insights from the five-year Insurance Ireland Diversity report, covering progress, challenges, and recommendations for sustaining momentum in the insurance sector. 

Keynote Speaker: Colin Judge, 2x Irish Paralympian Table Tennis Player, will share his personal journey highlighting resilience, inclusion, and the value of equity and accessibility. 

Expert Panel Discussion: Thought leaders from Age Friendly Ireland, AsIAm, and Access Earth as well as Noel Freeley, CEO, Royal London Ireland and President of Insurance Ireland will delve into pivotal report themes, including leadership accountability, the impact of hybrid working, and innovative strategies to advance Diversity and Inclusion across the industry. 

What’s Next?: Ciara Regan, Head of Insurance, Deloitte, will outline the next steps for embedding Diversity and Inclusion into core business strategies and fostering inclusive cultures to drive lasting change.
